DEBURRING & POLISHING

All grades of polishing undertaken normally result to either a brushed or mirror finish.

Brushed or also known as dull polished metal is metal with a one-direction stroke satin finish. The metal is polished with a grit belt or wheel, the process is then repeated using a non-woven pad for softening. The finish is matte looking as the image below.

Mirror finish is achieved by building up the shine using various grades of polishing wheels. This is made possible by buffing further the surface to create a mirror-like, highly reflective finish as the image below shows.
