PUNCH PRESS

Zaminox additionally provides the service of punching and pressing. We are to undertake pressing up to 3mm thickness, using our 100-ton punch press in all ferrous and alloy material.

With automatic tool-changing options and high positioning speeds, the machine produces multiple punching, marking and embossing services quickly and efficiently.

Punching/Pressing abilities:

• Countersunk or extruded holes
• Louvers
• Assembly tabs
• Pre-punched holes/knockouts
• Beading for part strength

This service is mainly used for the fabrication of large sheet components such as panels and enclosures or to produce cable trays, trunking, standard sheet metal brackets and other engineering components. Most of these are standard items that we stock.

Our experienced CAD engineers can nest components to optimal effect, carefully adjusting the space between components as well as the edge of the sheet to obtain an efficient and cost-effective service.
